湖南城市學院（Hunan City University）位于湖南省益陽市，其辦學歷史可追溯到創辦于1970年春的益陽師范高等專科學校。2002年3月經教育部批準與湖南城建高等專科學校合并，升格為全日制普通本科層次院校。

根據2016年4月學校官WANG顯示，該校校園占地面積1568畝，有校本部和朝陽校區兩個校區，建筑面積53.4萬平方米。擁有資產8.6億元，其中教學儀器設備總值1.4億元。下設16個二級學院，開辦本科專業47個，有全日制普通本專科在校生16600多人，成人教育學生6500多人。

   湖南城市學院雖然是本科學院，但是此次采購我們的鐵電材料測試系統，為了提高學院的綜合實力，正如其學院的所提倡的知行統一的理念，相信學院以后會發展的越來越好。

  ZT-4A(X)鐵電測試儀有兩個高壓樣品池,一個封閉式的，一個開放式的，方便進行不同樣品的測試.同時提供了一個薄膜測試平臺，專門對薄膜進行研究測試的.

Zt-4a (X) ferroelectric tester has two high-voltage sample pools, one closed and one open, which is convenient for testing different samples. At the same time, it provides a film testing platform, which is dedicated to the research and testing of thin films.
